What’s The Premise?
Stargirl takes place 10 years after the Injustice Society of America defeated the Justice Society of America. The JSA’s heroes are all dead or in hiding, including Courtney’s stepfather. However, Courtney discovers his secret when she finds Starman’s Cosmic Staff in her basement. As Courtney adapts to her life as Starman’s successor, she grapples with problems at school and home. At the same time, members of the ISA continue to pose a threat that Courtney feels she must answer by creating a new JSA and taking on the surviving ISA villains.
